Very disappointed- did not get my order right I addled for a chili cheese coney combo they gave me the American Dog no fries. I live too far away to take the food back- you should not have to go through your food to see if everything is there or to see if the order is right Food too expensive to not get the order right. What is the purpose of repeating order if you cannot get it right?

I ordered 2 snacks and a large drink on the app before my daughter's band concert. They brought my order out in a good time but my drink was wrong. I odered the large strawberry passion fruit refresher but got a soda. I let the hopper know it was wrong and he was going to fix it. I waited over 30 minutes for my drink. I had to get out of the car and call out the guy to let him know im waiting for my drink. Once I got my drink it was still not the right one but I needed to go. The drink was terrible...I think it was the sparkling one my daughter and I could not finish it and our snack was cold.

I always have to wait 15+ minutes to get my food. Even for a simple drink. Not busy. Employees just sit and do nothing because managers there suck and don’t know what they’re doing.

This location used to be great but over the last year it has gone down hill. The food is fine but the staff they are hiring now are doing a horrible job. Today in particular I clicked the button and then it would just turn off over and over. So I decided okay maybe it's just broke. I'll do drive through, lady was super rude snapping for me to wait a minute. 7 minutes go by I say "hello" she snapes again. She takes my order EVENTUALLY with quite the attitude.
As I waited I saw someone else seemingly give them a talk or something. Quite a few clients seemed very upset.
I don't know if they were understaffed today and that's what was up. But either way the staff in general has not been good this past year.
I think corporate really needs to step in on this location and the one by the Walmart off 248(that one has always been bad).

We have been here multiple times, and each time we hope it gets better and never does. Today will be the last. We waited for 15 minutes for a mobile order in the stall (for a water and a Diet Coke!) then went to the drive thru when nobody was coming out. We then sat at the speaker for 7 min before we were rudely addressed by the employee. She brought the drinks out with no apology.
*this was a Sunday morning. There was one car ahead of us in the drive thru and one car in a stall. It was not busy at all.
