  This will be the last time I stop at this location. I'm a very patient person but this was rediculous. I waited over 30 min.s for my order and I was the only customer in the drive threw and 2 others parked. After 15 min.s 1 other customer pulled up behind me and left before me... After that first customer left 3 others lined up and left.

  Whoever closed tonight should be fired. Slathered ketchup to my coney when I didn't ask for it. I paid for onions, didn't get onions. Blast only had Heath on the top & food was cold. The staff here will sabotage your order. By far the worst experience at any Sonic I've ever had.

  Wastes your time and money by not answering the drive thru and by not ever bringing out the food you ordered ahead on the app for. And you will never get your money back for the money you spent and got nothing for.

  If you drive by this Sonic at night, you’ll likely think it’s closed. Multiple lights out around the property and very few of the car stall screens work. The drive thru mobile order display has been out for at least a year. Service is spotty and food is below average and pricey. The property is in bad need of a rehab.

  Alexis the manager needs 2 get it together? She worried about the wrong people that is actually doing THEIR job. The manager is getting on the people who is actually doing their job & don’t do ANYTHING WRONG? Marybel she’s being rude & NOT being nice to the people who work there & the clients. Get it together. Chery? I believe…she’s being rude 2 clientele & me when I asked for the name after she did a wrong service. Pedro the cook, I went through the thrive thru and I saw him being on his phone then hand me my food on the bag???? With no gloves??? Huh? Please. Disgusting? After being on his phone? Fix that or I will send this to the City. All the names I mentioned I asked for them. Fix it this. It is so disturbing 2 a community.
