  Took 20 minutes for just 2 dr. Peppers... No idea why it would take that long with not even being close to busy. Awful service and no communication as to why it even took that long. Never again..

  The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Good is consistently low quality and service is horrible. Today I made a mobile order, which was delivered by a staff member who didn’t even speak to me, just shoved the food in my window. When I arrived home I realized the food was wrong! Instead of trying to argue with them, I decided to place another order in the hopes it was right. When I arrived, I tried to use 3 different stalls, all of which did not work. I even stood by the door and was never acknowledged. At this point I could not wait any longer and decided to leave. Our family will absolutely never again go to this sonic. The pattern of poor service and quality is just too much.

  Who ever took my order was rude and got my order wrong. I asked for a chilli Cheese foot long and got this I asked for no onion and relish, with tater tots. My shakes were pretty much melted already by the time they got to me. And good luck on trying to call them. Their number does not work. So if you're looking for a refund you won't get one. I wish I had their HR number because I'd call them right now and tell them how bad this location is. This location has not been blacklisted for me.
