  I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at Sonic. My order was incomplete, with several items missing. This experience fell far short of the usual standards I expect from Sonic.

  Lazy employees, half of the screens are out of order. I ordered a milkshake which took forever to arrive. It came in a flimsy cup which was not closed properly and overflowing with cream. It opened all the way the moment I placed it in a cup holder. Simply not worth the trouble with cleaning the mess in your car for junk food that takes a while to get.
