  I could not figure out how to apply my Landry's Rewards to an online order, so I called the restaurant instead. I ordered two soup and salad combinations, expecting a quick grab-and-go experience. When I arrived, my order was not ready. I then had to wait while the staff sorted out the order ahead of mine because they were not even sure it was correct. When the customers questioned it, the employee's response was, "It should be." That did not inspire much confidence, and I sincerely hope that couple received what they actually ordered. In total, I waited about 20 minutes. The whole point of calling in an order is to save time, not stand around waiting. This location clearly does not understand the concept of efficient takeout service. Very disappointing.

  Our nearest saltgrass restaurant, we loved it! Although, it felt like a sundown town lol being the only minority family and being stared at by the entire restaurant 🤣

  We went with our group of 7 family and friends out to have a nice dinner. We were seated in the back room. We were having a nice time until a large group with children came in and sat down behind us. The little boy ran around the table uncontrollably. He THREW dishes and screamed at the top of his lungs many times. We asked our waitress to please tell them to make him stop. She said there was nothing she could do. We are Landry’s club members and a manager never came to check on us. My son was with us. He has autism. He put up with the screaming for over 30 minutes and had finally had enough. He’s 19 and asked to go wait in the car. The food was good but there was way too much salt on the green beans. That was minimal compared to the screaming child throwing dishes. We will not be going back to that location any time soon. Managers and wait staff need to stand up to rude, obnoxious and violent kids throwing things in their restaurant! Tell those parents to control their kids or leave! I have five children. My children did not behave that way and if they did, we took them out to the car so they would not disturb others. Have some respect!!
