  We had a wonderful meal for hrw. They offer 4 course meal for $39. Good food good service.

  The service here has really gone downhill. Last week I went with my husband and daughter and the steaks were dry and service was mid tier. Today, I arrive with my family after a funeral and no one is there yet service took 1.5 hours to get our food. It was cooked wrong, took it back and they warmed it in the microwave. They wouldn’t comp me for the food. The manager was rude when I asked about it. This location is absolutely horrible!

  This is a whites only location. The service at this location is horrible. It’s so bad I left crying. When I stepped in it felt like 1936. I was escorted to the back and hosted by the only other black person there, which was horrible. I wasn’t offended bread. I ordered the filet mignon. White man set next to me was immediately greeted with bread. I left after only receiving my appetizer. I waited an hour and ten minutes and three tables later, my food never arrived. This world makes me hate the skin I am in because where can black people go and feel safe!

  Waiter touching his hair before getting my food and drink. I’m in Main dining it took 10 min for them to come to table. Smells like mold and nasty dropped food

  First I want to say that Cole, the waiter was on 0.100% friendly and knew what he was doing. Can't say the same for the food ordered a Pittsburgh, medium steak came back rare. Ask if they can Char it a little. They brought it back. It looked like the steak was just thrown on the plate half of the Green Beans that were on, there were gone. The a one did not taste like a one. It tasted like they mixed dish soap and barbecue sauce with it. I used my Landry's select membership number. The manager never came by 2 greet. Or see, how's everything going or anything? Ended up having to leave after. It's only a third of the steak because the food experience was definitely not on point. I had just gone to the Willowbrook location. Yesterday, where everything was 100%, the way it should be. The waiter, the staff, the manager, the steak with Pittsburgh, medium-rare as a matter of fact, no problem whatsoever. Very professional, unlike this location. Sorry to say because saltgrass has always been good to me. This is the one location that was not
