  If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The last two times I've come here my food came out cold. I had items missing and when I try to get help I get completely ignored. I say excuse me and they look at me and keep on going. Today I waited 10 minutes to get a sprite they forgot to give me after i politelyasked for help they ignored me as usual. A woman waited at the counter for 10 minutes to order and they ignored her. They only take orders at the kiosk but have no signage saying so. They are rude to elderly people who ask to order at the cashier. Zero stars.

  The only problem i have with this restaurant is the customer service side of things. The way we are moving towards Less customer service sucks. You have to go to a kiosk and order your food and then they just throw it up on the shelf and say your number and then they disappear to the back.

  TERRIBLE, worst mcdonalds EVER please do not go here! gnats and flies flying everywhere you can not even eat your food in peace. the cooks are back there touching the food without gloves everytime i come you have to wait atleast 45 minutes to receive your food every thing is just distasteful

  For a McDonalds in a new neighborhood that is fairly new I would not come here again. Ordered at kiosk, waited 25 minutes and no food delivered to our table. Also no one at counter to assist me after I went up to counter after waiting 25 minutes plus there were 8 uber drivers ready to pick up food for. Had to stare down three people in kitchen and one eventually brought out two uber orders and glanced at receipt and was told to hold on. Floor is dirty, all the tables were dirty and sticky, the kiosks didn’t even have table tents so I could finish placing my order. Flys and gnats flying around. Restroom is also dirty. Please Go to another McDonald’s and steer clear of this one.
