  Ordered on the app for this location for the first time. Got two meals and a kids meal and my husband went to pick it up. The lady at the drive through said “the meal doesn’t come with a drink.. you have to order that separately” mind you we order from the app all the time at different locations but she stood her ground and did not give him the drinks for our MEAL….. apparently you have to order extra drinks separately….. what?…. lol train your employees better please.

  They messed up my order. I live 20 min away so I emailed customer service requesting my point to be refunded. 5 days later they called back and offered me a 6 piece chicken nugget that I have to call the office when I want to use it. Seriously?? Could’ve just refunded my points and at least offered a free meal. McDonald’s is trash

  Every single time i come here theres an issue . With waiting or just the service over all . Literally horrible customer service. First time i got ignored at the window for what felt like 10 minutes. Second time i waited my entire break for my order. This time theres no one at the pay window so naturally i pull up to the second window and explain the situation to the girl at the window who tells me i need to pay at the first window n makes me pull all the way around just to pay when she can easily just walk back n take my card instead i was told i needed to pull back around . Every single time there is an issue with this location. U shouldn’t be working fast food if u can’t handle it . I understand the difficulties as a fast food employee myself. Get better staff .

  I placed and order with the app to go, got to the cashier desk and the staff pretended they didn't see me even though I made eye contact with 3 of them. The first lady and we made eye contact seems to be shift supervisor, she was the only staff member wearing a red shirt, if she is the supervisor I see why the entire staff have such lack of good customer service. At some point I started waving to them and one finally approached me, I asked for my order and I can sense her bad mood as if I was a pain, she walked away sooo slow to go prepare my order. As she came back to give me my order, another person walked in and was complaining that he has been waiting in the drive thru window and no one was there for a while. My fries were cold when I checked in my car, but not worth to go back and deal with that staff. If don't like the job find another one. Sunday 8:55pm.

  Ordered a meal, wasn’t fulfilled correctly. Reached I the bag halfway home and the fries were liter cold. The fry box wasn’t even warm to touch. Ordered sauce and didn’t receive any. Went back the next day and the GM: Edwin Navarro was not helpful at all. Worst customer service ever at a McDonald’s. I refuse to spend another dime at that location based on his lack of service and their repeated offenses.
