  I stopped by McDonald's for a quick meal and overall it was a good experience. The food came out fresh and hot, especially the fries which were really crispy. The staff were polite and worked pretty fast even though it was a bit busy when I visited. The dining area was clean and the atmosphere felt comfortable enough to relax for a while.

  I first went through the drive-thru, but I wasn’t given any sauce with my order. I then went inside and waited about 5 minutes before being asked, with a rude attitude, “Are you picking up?” I said no, that I just needed some barbecue sauce. She then responded rudely, “Oh, you didn’t get any?” and I said no. After that, she asked, “How many nuggets did you get?” which didn’t really make sense considering I clearly said I wasn’t given any sauce at all. Unfortunately, this location’s customer service and attitude seem to be getting worse each time I visit.

  Stopped by this McDonald`s on Barker Cypress and honestly it was just okay. The place wasn`t super busy, but the service still felt slow and a bit unorganized. My order took longer than expected, and when I got it, the food was lukewarm instead of fresh. The fries were a little soggy, and the burger looked rushed, nothing like what you`d expect even from fast food. The dining area could’ve been cleaner too, with a few tables left un wiped.

  Took over 30 min to fulfill an online drive thru pick up order, the child in the drive thru was too busy playing on his phone to give us a receipt, and the thin Hispanic girl with long hair was rude and could care less about getting us our complete order and we needed up having to go inside to get our drinks. The only person that even pretended to care was the managers. The worst part is they weren't even busy.

  This location notoriously known for messing up orders and not owning up to their own mistakes. This is third time in the last four months they have done that just to me so I could imagine how many people they have scammed. This is closest location from my work and home so I had to go there because of my kids but moving forward I would rather drive to 529 location and I DO NOT recommend anyone to use drive through at this particular location. Cherry on the cake they would never answer your calls. I'm not sure who is running this monkey circus but they need to shape up.
