When I asked for clarification and pointed out the inefficiency, a staff member became dismissive and made a comment questioning why I was DoorDashing. As an independent contractor with multiple sources of income, that kind of remark was unprofessional and unnecessary. Better organization and more respectful communication toward drivers is definitely needed.
