My family and I continually have issues with curbside order. They short me on my order and don’t refund. They argue!! I shop at krogers now. Lost my business for life!!!

Very nice store currently staying in the area. It’s always clean. The people here are always helpful. Went to the pharmacy for the first time to pick up a prescription and to get the flu shot and everything was very quick.

I have been shopping the HEB stores at spring cypress/grant, the vintage and tomball for over 10 years. Lately I have seen the quality of the merchandise fall off. You have to carefully look at the fruit, especially strawberries, to make sure the ones on the bottom of the container aren't moldy. I have repeatedly brought this to the attention of the produce managers, but nothing changes. I've also weighed the containers, that are supposed to weigh 1 pound, but they don't always do. I think that sometimes the obviously moldy strawberries on the top of the container are removed, but not replaced, thereby decreasing the weight. The next time you are there, check these things out. HEB is going downhill and getting cheap. For some reason, my review above from 2 weeks ago won't get posted, so I'm going to add to it. Here's a couple of other issues: 1. The large refrigerated bins DO NOT KEEP MEAT COLD ENOUGH. When hatch chili time first began this year, I bought some breakfast sausage out of one of the bins. I took it home, put it in the refrigerator and went to cook it the next morning. See the pic attached. It was already spoiling and smelled like rotten meat. I guess I shouldn't have grabbed one off of the top of the 4-5 stacked high bunch in the open refrigerated cooler that sits in the center of the meat section. I took a picture and when I went back, I was refunded for my purchase. However, the customer service rep told me that I should go tell the meat manager about it! Excuse me? Hell no!!!! That's your job!!! 2. On another day, I went to buy some taco shells and saw the $1 if you bought 2 of them. Basically each box was $2. Out of curiosity I peeled back that sticker which was covering the normal price for a single box and guess what? A single box only cost $2 before the big SALE advertisement that was obviously there to get you to buy 2 of them. What bunch of bait and switch BS. 3. I buy syringes and needles to inject a medicine that I have to take. When I went to get some more of what used to be an "all in one" package of a syringe with a 23 gauge, one inch needle attached, was no longer available. I was told that I had to purchase them separately. I asked the cashier how much they were and low and behold....they cost more separately than what they did when they were sold as a combined unit. The cashier told me they wouldn't be getting any more of the combined units because they could make more money selling them separately. She suggested I buy them off of Amazon. More of HEB penny pinching it's customers at a time when every dollar counts. Shame on you HEB...Here Everything's Bulls*it!!!!!!
