She then walks around me "0" smile then starts talking to two gentlemen while they were checking out Not very friendly for a place with minimal lighting. If staff isn't cutting me off via walking in front of me only to chat to another laughing or then it's complaceny or overstaffed rudeness; Nor sure! Overstaff could Help the others; just complacent here

I don’t think I’ll ever go to the big beauty chain store again. Thank you to whoever made this so nice. (Also, I specifically bought Elf products.)

Michelle was extremely rude and abrupt as she asked me (loudly) what was wrong with the items! I told her the items were not good! She continued to be rude as she was scanning everything and called the “manager“ over! Kayla took over and was even more rude and also asked me in a loud, obnoxious tone “what’s wrong with the items?” I told her I was already asked that question and don’t appreciate being talked to and being treated like that! She rudely says, “I’m just asking a question!!” This treatment continued by both of them as I was trying to check out! Kayla stormed off and when Michelle handed me my receipt she says loudly and sarcastically, “have a blessed day!” I seriously could not believe it! As I was leaving the store, I had to walk past Kayla and another employee and she completely stared me down with this horrible smirk on her face!! Inexcusable behavior and just blown away how I was treated! Just to make sure I want to give a description of these two so there’s no confusion! Michelle: A young, very big boned black woman who looks like Serena Williams! Kayla: A young, but looks old, pasty white woman with a lot of eye makeup who looks like Beulah Balbricker from the movie Porky’s! I also would like to add that the nice young man who was bagging my items looked really shocked while I was being attacked! Like he literally couldn’t believe how they were treating me! As I was leaving I told him thank you and he said, You’re welcome mam, have a nice day!”
