- DHDanielle HubbardOct 3, 20263.0I normally have a good experience here samiya was really nice and sweet but I told tyler I was gonna separate a few bags abd that I would do it and he started throwing my bags bag on the counter and I said its ok I can do it it seems like your having a bad day and he said im sorry im just congested and I said no problem you just don't have to throw my food that was my first bad my experience here but other than that the food is great.

- AMAaron MSep 21, 20262.0First time visiting this H-E-B and definitely my last. I regularly shop at the Fry and Bridgeland locations and buy flowers almost every week. I always have the Bloom department open the flowers, cut the stems, and wrap them for me. It takes less than five minutes and I’ve never been charged. At this location, I was told there was a $14 labor fee for the exact same thing. When I said I’ve never been charged at other HEBs, the employee actually laughed and told me that was a lie and that every H-E-B should charge it. I took my flowers to Bridgeland afterward and they did it for free. So clearly this isn’t an H-E-B-wide policy. The attitude and customer service were just as disappointing as the random $14 charge. I’ll stick with Fry and Bridgeland.
- MLMj LealSep 15, 20265.0This is our local HEB. We love it! Employees and staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have never had issues. Unfortunately I will say each time my toddler needs to use the restroom, for some reason none of them ever seem to be working properly. Because of that, restrooms never seem to be as clean as they should be. Hopefully they can have consistent running toilets to help eliminate the issue.
