The other piece rolled up on heating and was as tough as the leanest beef. Completely ruined what was planned as a nice dinner. When I came in to make them aware of the problem, they indicated that for any credit I would’ve had to have known to save the fish and bring it back to them. They were willing to let me take some of the same fish home. But since they couldn’t get two pieces of snapper into the same package, you’re gonna have to forgive me for not wanting to bring home any more of what they were selling. According to Earl, they need me to save and bring the bad fish in so that they can send it back to their supplier and get credit. A little too worried about their credit and not enough worried about taking care of the Customer Here’s an idea - if a number of your customers complain, it’s time to change suppliers and not worry about having efficient processes to get you a credit I will show you how it works. You are my supplier and you provided bad product and built on it with questionable customer service. As a result, I won’t be buying any more seafood from H-E-B. ======= Customer service reached out. Glad to have seen some effort. Moving from 1 to 2 stars. Hope my local store does better going forward!

Where does it say that??? Each means "EACH", not average.
