  Needed a few things and was close by. Everyone in the store was friendly. Store was neat and organized. Love their produce section - always fresh and there is always someone restocking produce if u have a question. I used the self checkout and the young gentleman there jumped in to get my heavier things and do all my produce so I didn't have to look them up. Had a great experience and will be going frequently now.

  Food Town is one of my favorite grocery stores! I shop here every week because they always have fresh products, great prices, and a clean, organized store. The staff is friendly, and it’s always easy to find what I need. One of my favorite things is the Food Town app. They offer amazing digital coupons and free weekly rewards. Every week there’s a different free item with a qualifying purchase—sometimes it’s bottled water, paper plates, cookies, or other useful household products. I love checking the app before I shop because it helps me save even more. I truly enjoy shopping here every week and taking advantage of all the deals and rewards. If you’re looking for quality groceries, excellent savings, and a rewards program that’s actually worth using, I highly recommend Food Town!

  Most of the staff members here are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I have had good experiences with many employees, and it feels like the store has chosen a lot of good people to work there. Unfortunately, there is one employee, Amy, who has made the experience uncomfortable. In my experience, she often comes across as angry, bitter, or irritated and does not seem willing to help customers or coworkers. She appears to complain often, and it shows in the way she talks to people. I have noticed that she is very friendly and smiles with certain customers, but with others she can seem rude, suspicious, or like they are a problem. Customer service should make everyone feel respected, not like they are being judged. I have also overheard comments about people’s weight, appearance, and skin tone that made me uncomfortable. Comments like that do not belong in a workplace or around customers. The rest of the staff is helpful and kind. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously so every customer and employee can feel welcomed and respected. I normally do not write reviews, but I come here very often. Yesterday, I came in to buy groceries for the whole week, and Amy seemed irritated. Today, I had to come back for a few things I forgot, and I had the same experience. I want to feel welcomed with a smile and treated kindly. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, like I was bothering someone who did not want to be there. I just left a few minutes ago.
