    i come here at least 3x a week, i love the welcoming environment and friendly people that work here! the coffee is always made to perfection every time i go! no matter how im feeling that day the incredible workers always make me smile in some way! i want to give a special shout out to brenton and baeyly for being so awesome! thank you dutch bros cypress!!

    I want to take a moment to recognize Brenton, the manager at this Dutch Bros location. He is truly one of the kindest people and always goes above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. He remembers our names and even remembers our usual drink orders, which makes every visit feel so personal and special. Brenton is always friendly, genuine, and kind to my family. His customer service is exceptional, and you can tell he truly cares about the people who come through his location. We absolutely love coming to this Dutch Bros, and Brenton is a big reason why! Thank you, Brenton, for always making us feel like family. You are greatly appreciated! ❤️🥤🧋

    I don’t like to leave negative reviews bc I’m usually pretty understanding but this Dutch bros specifically has a lot of problems that have been consistent. The lines constantly move at a snails pace, I’m talking like 5-10 minutes per vehicle. I’ve gone to the pickup window with a mobile order and gave them my name and they told me it’ll be out in a minute only for me to stand there for 30 minutes meanwhile my drinks have just been sitting there ready to go. I came tonight and there was 1 car in front of us and we sat in the drive thru for 20 min. We got to the window and our drinks were ready since we did a mobile order. Why couldn’t they have been brought out to us? Especially when a guy came out to take our order and we gave him our info? The line ended up getting backed up with like 6 cars during this time bc of how long it took. It is like this almost every time I go.

    This is my go to Dutch bros, they are all super sweet and caring. For them being very busy majority of the time I go they update the customers on their drinks and making them feel known. Very welcoming place as well. Highly recommend coming here. It’s a humble and friendly place for both fur babies and customers! Keep it up Dutch y’all are doing amazing

    Submitted this to corporate but came here so y'all knew I did: We came here and ordered two medium drinks. One black tea with lemonade, one lemonade with strawberry and lavender. We received two sparkling waters - one with flavoring and one with tea. When we went back we were told no, this isn't sparkling water - even though you can see the bubbles in the drink. We then just decided that we'd take a refund, and as we pull up to the window Jiren/Jaren assures me that he already made another and pulls it out - this drink is completely different and has no bubbles at all. They then continued to try to blame every which thing as to why there was sparkling water instead of lemonade (despite previously denying there was sparkling water at all). I personally have so much anxiety with being gaslit and lied to about a situation that's clearly happening in front of me. This threw me into a panic attack which the customer service man was incredibly rude about. I won't be coming back to Dutch Bros, but this location needs to be completely restructured and Jiren/Jaren needs to be fired for lying to customers and his fellow employees about his own mistakes.
