  This location is the worse one I have ever been to I went this morning there hardly anyone in line they got my order wrong when I tried to to let them know the just rush you off and tell that what is. My believe I know what I ordered and how it should look like. Worst service ever.

  I have been to Dutch Bros shops all over west Houston & Katy and every shop in Spring up to Willis. They usually have great staff,drinks, and food. But I moved to Waller a month ago and started going to the Skinner Rd. store...I am blown away by the amazing service!! Yes, the drinks and food are still great, but the guys who work there are a fully stoked drink making machine! They are super efficient processing the morning rush hour. And if that weren't enough, they are super friendly! Not the fake and forced fast food friendly, but genuinely kind, thoughtful, helpful and pleasant. I've had the pleasure of working directly with Austin and Wes making my drinks and Dax serving me at the walk up window. They are so hard working and full of energy (Rebel?) :) Dax always has a kind word or 2 for me. They all make me feel like family. Thank you for making the morning commute so much more pleasant!

  This location is the only one I had problems with. I prefer Dutch bros over Starbucks. Every single time I do a mobile order and arrive when it’s says, sometimes later. It’s never ready. Every single time and only at this location. I have this issue with. I’m just ordering a refresher and never ready when I come to the window. I have to wait 5-7 mins sometimes longer. Today, 6/23/27, a customer was telling me I have to show up maybe 15-20 mins after the estimated time, because they are never ready at this location. It’s so annoying. It’s no need for this place to have mobile app. I may as well order when I get there.

  The shop is lovely. The drinks were superb. The only drawbacks are the line, because they layout of the parking lot/turn leave a lot to be desired...to know fault of Dutch Bros, it's just the way that lot is laid out.

  This Dutch Bros is actually max aura. Pulled up in desperate need of caffeine and left feeling like the main character in a 4K sigma edit. The broistas were so locked in it was honestly unreal. They greeted me with enough positive energy to restore my HP bar and cure my academic downfall. Ordered a drink and they cooked. The flavor was absolutely bussin, no cap. One sip had me ascending past mortal comprehension. Whoever invented this drink deserves a legendary rarity skin. The line looked longer than my screen time report, but it moved faster than a TikTok attention span. The employees had elite rizz, immaculate vibes, and zero NPC behavior. They were handing out drinks like they were farming aura points. The entire experience was giving W after W after W. Overall: 10/10. This Dutch Bros is the GOAT. If caffeine had a final boss, this would be it. Absolute cinema. Skibidi approved. Sigma certified. Aura levels off the charts.
