- MPMarie Paugh2 days ago4.0Have been to this location twice now and can say that I love it! The drive-through wait is a bit long but there were a lot of cars! The employees have great personalities and are knowledgeable of the menu and help with a semi sweet flavor preference.

I’ve always felt welcomed, but Brenton at the 290/Skinner shop in Cypress, TX is next level. He is consistently polite and always greets me by name, making me feel like more than just a customer. Even when he’s not working the window, if Brenton sees me, he takes the time to say hello. On one occasion, I had an issue with my drink; Brenton was working at the window and immediately took care of it, personally making the correct drink without hesitation. His genuine care for customers is evident in everything he does. If you stop by this location, be sure to say hello to Brenton.

Each car takes 4+ min to get their drink at the window, and the drive thru pattern seems unclear to customers which adds to the confusion. Come on y’all, there has to be a better way.

I hope every other customer has been as nice and understanding. Landon always makes my drink right every time, i love his energy and he’s a great worker at this location!!!!
- JTJason TrumanMay 3, 20263.0We mobile ordered ahead and the drinks were supposed to be ready in 10 minutes which was plenty of time to drive there from where we were. We arrived and there was a line. They had one line buster but things were moving slow. We were stuck in the line for 20 minutes or more and that was on top of the initial 10 to drive there. Two of our drinks looked very similar and I had to ask which was which as the only thing noted was the mobile order name. I think the broista guessed. Not a good experience but that seems to be the case for the location we went to. If we go there it is going to be long or wrong.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
