Your workers are the worst!
A few minutes ago today (July 28), I walked in and asked the young man if you were open. Instead of answering politely, he just looked at me with an annoyed expression. Then I asked about a donut flavor because none of the donuts were labeled. The other employee, a young woman, let out a loud sigh as if she couldn’t believe I was asking a simple question. The young man then mumbled something under his breath. I asked, “Excuse me, what did you say?” and he just mumbled it again.
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Their attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
Do they not realize that if employees don’t serve customers, customers won’t buy anything? Without customers, there are no sales, and without sales, businesses don’t stay open. Eventually, that means no jobs.
It’s disappointing to see such young people with this kind of attitude. With customer service like this, they won’t get very far.
