- AMAlli MillerMay 6, 20265.0I came here to get something to hopefully keep me awake during bible study and my semi-long drive he after. I got one of the iced espressos. It kept me awake (since Im ADHD, it worked like a regular coffee would anyone else because reg coffee does nothing for me lol). The iced espresso was delicious and the lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. This was only the second time i have ever been to ANY Dunkin and i was again NOT disappointed.

We asked to get shakes and they told us that they were not doing those anymore. They had the equipment right there but it seemed as they just did not want the hassle. We then asked to taste some flavors and she huffed, like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. Shoot, that is what this place is all about I thought! That is what makes it fun... They were mopping the place and there was nowhere to sit and it smelled really bad... like the mop water was old... very unappetizing. There were other people that came in right after us and the woman behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were all there. I just do not understand businesses today... they complain that they are having tough times but do such a mediocre job servicing the customers. This place needs to secret-shop this location and then clean-house after they realize the type of lackluster employee they have.... and this was not a kid... she was an adult... a lazy one at that. Good luck...
