  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this relatively new Chipotle location. An employee named Jhoselyn was rude and repeatedly argued with me instead of trying to address my concern professionally. What was even more disappointing was that the manager was standing right beside her and said absolutely nothing. When I asked the manager for her name, she refused to provide it. That is unacceptable customer service. A manager should be stepping in when an employee is being rude to a customer, not standing by and allowing the situation to continue. This is a relatively new location, and unfortunately, the service is simply awful. The way I was treated made me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. Chipotle needs to seriously address the customer service at this location. I hope corporate takes this complaint seriously because customers should not be treated this way.

  Very poor service. I had to constantly repeat my order, I was charged for guacamole that’s INCLUDED with the veggie bowl and the only person who looked like they didn’t hate their job was the manager

  The irony of this experience was honestly wild. I stopped here just to grab food, and there was this boy set up right at the entrance promoting an anti-bullying campaign. Before I could even walk inside, I was being pressured to stop and listen. I politely declined because I was just trying to order lunch. When I came back out, I figured that would be the end of it. Nope. Even after I tried to ignore him and keep walking, he had the nerve to follow me all the way toward my car, continuing to pressure me about the campaign. At that point, it stopped feeling like awareness and started feeling like harassment. I completely support standing up against bullying. But following people after they've already declined isn't the way to do it. Respecting someone's "no thanks" is kind of the whole point. The whole experience was uncomfortable, and honestly... I felt more pressured by the anti-bullying campaign than welcomed by it, which is pretty ironic. Now I feel uncomfortable to come back to this Chipotle because I would feel bullied at the door.

  Food was fresh, hot, and the customer service was excellent! The lady at the pick up window was so kind and helpful. I asked for two sauces she went to get it with no problem! I appreciate good service!

  I have never been to a location that penny pinched so much on the meat servings like they did, it was so infuriating to watch them put a piece of meat back in the bin!!! This reminded me why I stopped going for so long to chipotle
