  I ordered a burrito not half of a burrito. After further inspection The orders correct based on a sticker but not made properly on the burrito and there's basically nothing in it. That's why it's tiny. They did fix it right away without any questions but I had to drive back to the store obviously.

  I wish I could give this a negative star review, worst experience ever!! Mobile order was given to me 30 minutes AFTER pick up time and everything was cold. Wouldn’t come back here if it was the last place on earth.

  Leaving a review for a nationwide restaurant is like peeing on a forest wild fire and expecting it to make a difference. I've ordered twice though UBER eats and its a total disaster. Food is cold and the quality is lousy. Done with Chipotle. The commercials are total BS Oh, and the standard response is from this is store is "please contact us at https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us" which is a total waste of time. You get a chatbot that is completey uselss.

  Been here many times as it’s close to my house. Historically, I have absolutely loved Chipotle, and corporate slop bowls are my favorite genre of food. However, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that this particular Chipotle is a 1-star establishment. Food — Cold. With the exception of the rice and beans, everything else is cold on my burrito from the meat to the toppings to the cheese. Even the tortilla is cold since some staff don’t using the heating machine long enough. Service — some staff is great. Blonde manager-looking lady, tall asian dude, tall black dude. But many other staff look dead inside don’t listen to what I say. I say “just a little bit of sour cream”, and I prepare for a massive glob. Atmosphere — many new staff do not clean the counter where they prepare food often enough. Same goes for messy tables and trash areas. Sadly, I will stop going here and find some other corporate slop place to go, even if I need to drive further.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle on September 6. There were only two people ahead of me when I arrived, but I waited about 20 minutes because there was only one employee working the front. Before she even started making my burrito, I told her I wanted double chicken and specifically asked if I could wait for the fresh chicken that was being prepared. She told me it would be a couple of minutes, and I said that was perfectly fine. When she started making my burrito, she tried to give me the small, burnt, dried-out scraps of chicken that were left in the container. There wasn't even enough for a normal serving, let alone double chicken. I politely reminded her that I had already asked to wait for the fresh chicken. She immediately rolled her eyes, threw my entire burrito away, and started helping the next customer. I asked what I was supposed to do and if I should wait for the fresh chicken, but she completely ignored me and continued helping the next person. At that point, the line was extremely long, so I walked out without any food. I was polite throughout the entire interaction and had already told her BEFORE she made my burrito that I was willing to wait. I did not get her name, but she was the only woman working the front on September 6, wearing a hat with her hair in a ponytail. The way she handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. There was also leftover food and sauces all over the countertop where they make the food, which makes the place look very dirty and unclean. I will never come back to this location.
