When I got home they completely forgot to add any steak. It was literally tortillas with beans and rice. Calling this location does nothing because it's automated. In the past I've had to argue with them over the portions. Don't waste your money coming here.

It’s rare to see that level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Ashley made an already great meal even better. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

Whoever is the cook is the laziest person on the universe, they spend more time talking then focusing on the food and when they realize the food is burnt they don't throw out the batch they serve it to everyone who is paying money for this mess! And don't ever order online from this location unless you want them to choose your meal for you. Everytime I order online they are missing the chips, its a whole new order, they decided my bowl was going to have steak instead of chicken,they decided I wanted a kids meal quesadilla. But I LOVEEEE chipotle!! But when I come to this location I start to second guess?

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible. I wasn’t asking for a standing ovation. I just wanted a burrito bowl without feeling like I ruined everyone’s day. I work in customer service, so I understand everyone has off days, but this seems to be the standard here. A smile and a simple greeting cost absolutely nothing. I love Chipotle, but this location seriously needs customer service training. At this point, the reviews are writing themselves.
