- BCBecky Chao4 days ago1.0I noticed that the rice and salad in my bowl were significantly reduced, filling less than half of the container. I am disappointed with this experience and wonder if this is due to a change in portion policy or a lack of employee training. I will likely visit other locations in the future.

What should be a $13.21 charge with tax included that I can get online, or at another location is anywhere from $15.80 to 16.50 in the restaurant. Other locations get it but this location does not.
- TLT LApr 25, 20261.0I saw a cockroach on the food bar. A worker saw it and ignored it. There was a lot of food left on the food bar and on the tables. No one cleaned the tables. Very poorly managed and dirty.

I spent over $46. I had to throw away this food and had to spend on another restaurant so my kids can eat it. What a waste of time and money. I should’ve asked for my money back but I did not want to see my kids complaining. Oh well, next time I am not coming back here. Over price food.

She could not even be bothered to let me know the protein I wanted would just be one minute she instead said they “don’t have it”. Very lazy and very rude. I will not be coming back here. She also made the woman infront of me uncomfortable for paying with cash because it inconvenienced the employees to grab change from the back office. Not to mention I watched her grab a drink from the kitchen and drink from it without gloves and come back to make a customers food, no hand washing, no gloves. Just a bad attitude and uncleanliness.
