  I love the food — especially the rice, beans, and carnitas but this location hasn’t been very generous with portions lately. I usually have to ask for extra rice or beans, otherwise I still leave hungry.

  I've been to this location multiple times. I was back April 2nd. Whoever took my order gave me very very small amounts of everything. When she got to the cheese, she barely gave me any. Like 4 or 5 strings. I asked for more and she repeated same amount. So I asked for me and same amount. I asked, why are u giving me such a small amount? She just smiled with no explanation. So I got my order and left. I was frustrated, because it felt like I was begging them for correct amount of cheese. Mind u, this is the 1st time that ever happened. So I called that location and I spoke with their manager, Aurora. She was very sweet and very apologetic. She offered me a free meal and said come back when u are ready. Fast forward a month later, I went back. I didn't know if she would remember. As soon as I mentioned my name, she said, oh Philip! Yes, I remember u. I was shocked she remembered me. She gave me a free meal and offered a drink a chips. Wow! Aurora is all that! And a bag of chips! 😂 i will always frequent Chipotle! Best place ever!

  Went in about 530, chips were stale..their response "They're all cooked the morning". Employees looked like they could care less. No smiles, not friendly.

  The lady making my food the short Hispanic girl was very rude. Kept walking away when she was making my bowl walking with my bowl and touching everything else. It says the host name is Aurora. I don’t know if that’s her and they have no organization there.

  DO NOT go here or work here. I don’t think I have ever left a google review on anything but this one felt very necessary. I was getting a bowl for lunch on my way home from work and while waiting for the extra toppings one of the girls working the line started talking very aggressively towards the other about her portions being too big. I thought it would’ve been brief but it was not one bit and she kept going at her for maybe 2 minutes pestering her, speaking disrespectfully as if she was above her, and embarrassing the poor other line girl in front of me. I hope the girl who was being embarrassed quits tomorrow and finds a new job because I could never work somewhere where I am not treated like a person. Second I hope that manager (if she is one) is fired and I hope she is sincerely embarrassed for her actions and the way she treats people and needs to look in the mirror once in awhile. To embarrass someone in front of a customer and talk to someone that way over something so small is crazy to me and embarrassing for chipotle they hire and develop people with these morals.
