- HRHonest Reviewer5 days ago2.0Honestly this place just isn’t it. Half the time I come here by food is cold and I only keep coming here because 1) it is the only chick fil a close to me and 2) I try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I used to live by the chick fil a on jones and they used to always give out free rewards such as a sandwices, cookies, brownies and even nuggets. They never give anything at all here. Not only that, the drive through is really really slow and it seems like getting the customers out efficiently isn’t a priority for them like the place on jones, they could really learn something from that location. Sometimes I spend 10-20 minutes just waiting in the drive through and my lunch time is only 30 minutes… It’s really disappointing to see how horrible this location is compared to the one on jones.

Beyond the nightmare it makes for the parking lot where they aren’t the only business, there’s barely standing room inside. I’d wager they’re way beyond capacity as well. Last visit I received the thinnest chicken I’d ever seen on a sandwich, even Canes screens their chicken before cooking. I miss the Copperfield location, this one is a miss for me. Update: They don’t even participate in the teacher appreciation week promotion, easily the worst CFA I’ve ever encountered, I’ll drive further to one down 290 a ways.
