Wendy didn't want to refill my drink so she told me that they "didn't do that" at this location. Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to in a while. I don't think I'll stop by again

I was really disappointed with our experience. The playground clearly states that it is for children ages 3 and under, but there were several much older kids playing in it. It felt like some parents were using the play area as free daycare instead of supervising their children or respecting the posted age limit. My 3-year-old nephew was just trying to play and be friendly, but I overheard the older kids saying things like, "Ignore that little boy," and "Why are you following me?" He had nothing but good intentions, while the older kids were old enough to know how hurtful those comments can be. I didn't want to be the adult arguing with someone else's child, but this situation could have been avoided if the age restriction had been enforced. If the playground is posted for children 3 and under, staff should help ensure those rules are followed so younger children can play safely and comfortably.

Dude, I pay way to much to continue to get these slivers of chicken strips. Like I ordered 4 chicken strips and I might as well order nuggets 🙄

God is going to strike me down for this review, but I just had to let someone know. In all my years as a Chick-fil-A customer, I’ve never had a bad experience… until I visited this location for the first time. (I normally go to the Fairfield location down the street.) I got off work late and decided to stop in on the way home from work on 7/14 around 8:20. I placed a mobile order for curbside. I arrived, checked in and sat in the spot for perhaps 9-10 minutes. It seemed odd because nobody else was around. The manager was in a back booth on his cell phone. We definitely made eye contact several times. I finally got out and walked up to the carry out counter. Nobody greeted me or even acknowledged me. Two people walked in and got helped at the other counter for eating in. Finally a young man walked up to me and said, “Did you need something?” I said, “Yes, I believe this is my food sitting here?” (I couldn’t see the name or ticket.) He said, “OK…” I then proceeded to ask if it was for my name. He gave it to me, and I walked out. When I start to eat the sandwich it was COLD and so thin. Like it had been overcooked and flash fried twice and almost like plastic where it was hard to chew. It just a very odd taste and consistency. I’m really just taken back by the service… I would have thought I was in a Jack in the Box. 😅
