  It has a very nice atmosphere and good food. They have some blankets thatbthey put on the ground if you want to have a picnic, they have games for the kids and a little share library. I always enjoy to go there.

  BEWARE: VERY LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ!!! This locations employees are rude, conniving, and unprofessional. and let me tell you why. I called asking for help with a request on a uber eats order. A team member by the name of Melanie refused to help or even offer a solution after I gave solutions, including paying more money over the phone to fulfill my request. Melanie was very unkind during the time of this phone call. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked if there was a higher up manager and she said “yes I will transfer you over to her”. To my surprise I was then hung up on. I tried to call back and they did not answer. I then called from a different phone number to which Melanie answered that call. She said she “talked to the other manager and there is nothing we can assist with”. My response to this was “so does the other manager refuse to talk to me because I would like to speak with her” I was then hung up on again. What did I do after this? I called AGAIN. “Good afternoon, thanks for calling chick fil a. This is KATHERINE” I then began to explain to “Katherine” that I did not care about my request/order anymore and would like to explain how unprofessional it is to hang up on a customer multiple times/refuse to talk to a customer and would like to file a formal complaint. When I asked for her name again, she then gave me the name “JESSICA”….. so now after being made aware of a formal complaint being filed I was given a FAKE name which I luckily caught. I then said to Katherine/“Jessica” “I thought you said your name was Katherine so you just gave me a fake name?” To which I was hung up on. What a surprise. I am not sure how this specific chick fil a location is okay about this level of unprofessionalism amongst its employees and I am sure this is not the first time this has happened as Mrs. Melanie seemed to not have any issue with hanging up on me during multiple phone conversations and Mrs. Katherine seemed very comfortable and not hesitant to give a fake name over the phone. I have now filed a formal complaint.

  Drive-through/walk-up Chick-fil-As are the best! I feel like they tend to be even faster and friendlier than your normal Chick-fil-A... Just be sure you don't miss the entrance and have to wait for the light to go around the corner like I did, lol

  Food and service were fine, but WHY is there no seating area inside the restaurant? There are a few tables outside with one of those giant Connect 4 games for customers to play with, which is awesome, but I think I'd rather to go to a Chick-fil-A that has indoor and outdoor seating, like most of the ones I've seen.

  Ordered their new spicy ranch chicken and mentioned no bacon (made sure twice that bacon should not be added). But still they gave the sandwich with bacon. I verified before leaving the counter and had to re order. It happened before but I went there expecting they learnt lessons and improved the service. But it is same. On April 27th, went there (since it was a spirit night for high school club). The chicken as part of their new menu item is undercooked and chewy. The sandwich bun falling apart.
