I ordered some food and I took it back because was made incorrectly, one of the female employees was yelling at me that’s so inappropriate I wish I was able to talk to the manager about this but I feel like no one was in charge. Hopefully someone reads this message and fixes this issue, kids this age they really i respectful.

El chicken California el pan está todo aguado no lo tostaron, poco pollo, demasiada mayonesa, nada comparado a los del mall de katy y los muchachos parece que no les gusta su trabajo te dan las cosas de mala gana. No recomiendo comer aqui
Second time they got my order wrong. And why does the phone just ring. Can not get any one on phone to help.
I would like to share a concern about a recent experience at your location. When my partner and I placed our order, the employee who assisted us had an unfriendly attitude and made facial expressions that made us feel uncomfortable. At that moment, we decided not to say anything and let it go.
Later, I went back to ask for mayonnaise, and the same employee again made a facial expression that felt dismissive. His coworker then answered me in Spanish. I’m not sure if there was any intention behind this, but the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I was a manager in fast food for many years, and I understand how important it is for employees to maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, as they represent the face of the business. Facial expressions and behavior matter and can affect how customers feel.
I hope the manager is able to review this situation. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback

They always have good solid cheesesteaks that satisfy that cheesy, beefy, oniony craving. The service at this location was top notch. Couldn't have asked for better
