  Hace un tiempo que he estado boniendo aqui porque me encanta los bowl y siempre todo esta muy bien, pero hoy ha sido la mejor expericia que he tenido no solo con la comida si no con el servicio eso fue extraordinario Leidy fue super amable y paciente al estar eligiendo mis ingredientes si antes venia ahora lo are mi lugar favorito. Gracias Leydi por ser tan amable

  Love visiting this Cava! Great food, great service. Also got to try the sour cream & onion pita chips recently and yummm! Highly recommend this Cava!

  I walked in today super excited to try CAVA, especially because this was my first time there. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. When I began ordering my bowl, I specifically asked for black beans. The employee making my bowl added black lentils instead without letting me know that they were not black beans. Once I noticed and questioned it, she just stared at me and said they were basically the same thing. That was extremely inaccurate and honestly made me feel like my request was not being taken seriously. On top of that, the tables throughout the store were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned. For my first experience at CAVA, I expected much better customer service and a cleaner environment. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and do not feel like I had the experience I was expecting.

  Shout out to the team at Cava Cypress for getting my catering order out in a timely manner with the hiccup that happened. Great fresh food and friendly atmosphere! GREAT customer service is rare these days and much appreciated. Thank you again

  The food was just as wonderful as the customer service I received☺️. Denise was so kind and so professional when serving me and my mom. I will definitely be coming back to this CAVA🥳
