  Incompetent and apparently understaffed!!! Maybe both! They can't even cook their own new chicken sandwich as described in their own menu! Be careful what you choose with your combo meal!!! French fries, tater tots or wedges. You will get up charged for those wedges even though it doesn't state that in the menu. Also be careful of their pick 6!!! If you choose bone-in chicken wings, it's a $10 up charge for meal even though the menu only states $5 up charge. And then when I sent my chicken combo sandwich meal back to be made according to the menu with lettuce and tomato added like I requested for an additional $1 charge, the manager Reggie comes to our table a couple of minutes later and kind of made it out that I did something wrong and just wanted to let me know that if they remake it, that it was going to be about 10 minutes or so before I would get it. (Like he was asking me if I really wanted them to remake it or just deal with it!!!) Just a very horrible experience from beginning to end!!! Anybody that goes to this location, just be aware of any additional charges that there may be and also the horrible service.

  This place has the absolute worst service and management does nothing about it. My wife and I will never go to this place again. Literally every time we walk in, were seated, not long later another couple walks in, is seated and gets service right away. The waiters dont care. Also they can never seem to get an order right.

  What a disaster. My large party called ahead to ensure they could handle 20+ people. We were sat quickly, however it's 30 min in and we still haven't received our drinks. Our server is overwhelmed. There's one bartender and the manager is walking around lost. This is crazy. It's a Saturday for crying out loud. Do better.

  The food is great, always has been. The atmosphere is not quite as enthusiastic as it used to be, but that's okay if you want to hear your conversation. Lots of tv's, so there's always a game on, and that's one of the things it's known for. Overall, we keep returning, so they're doing something right.
