  I keep trying to give them a fair chances, but each if the 3 times I've gone they ALWAYS forget something. They charge extra for sauce and won't even put it in the bag. Second time my fries were missing and sandwich not how I requested it. I normally check my stuff but was rushing and only scanned for each order. I had very high hopes for this place since it is close, ill just drive a little further down 99 if I have the urge again for an overpriced chicken sandwich and chicken strips!!

  Laquita’s service was absolutely exceptional! She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The food was great, and she even took the time to walk around and check on us to make sure everything was good. Her level of customer service was so impressive that I honestly thought she was the manager! She deserves to be promoted immediately. Laquita truly understands what it means to go out of her way to make customers feel valued and taken care of. Exceptional service from start to finish!

  They got an automated drive through taking orders in. I ordered rice and the machine couldn’t let me know they were out. I was waiting in line thinking my order was being prepared. When I finally arrived to rhe window after waiting, they said there was no rice and offered me other options, which I didn’t want. If you will have automated service, at least also add what is in inventory!

  Sucks that this place is so good but so dead all the time. Have a feeling that this location wont be here long because no one is showing up to try it. It is by far way better than canes and Popeyes people just dont like change

  Food is good but the drive through lady in the mornings has consistently been rude and off-putting, twice now has made incredibly rude comments after giving us our food. Makes the most simple exchanges awkward and uncomfortable.
