Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- EBEmily brooke6 days ago1.0Put in an online order for the drive thru about 8:45 and was asked to pull into a spot. We saw a worker put a bag with food on the rack for door dash orders. We had been waiting about 30 minutes when my husband finally went in and the food on the rack was OUR food. Just a horrible experience.
- JOJose OrtizMay 6, 20261.0I visited this Whataburger tonight around 8:50 PM, and honestly I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and food safety practices. One employee was wearing gloves while taking a customer’s money and then immediately went back to handling and frying fries without changing gloves. Another employee in the kitchen had headphones on while working. Omg this On top of that, the restaurant looked extremely dirty, like it had not been cleaned properly at all. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable and worried about the sanitary conditions in the kitchen where the food is being prepared. Management really needs to improve cleanliness and enforce proper hygiene procedures. Omg.

The shift leader named Roel was very polite I would recommend to speak with the young man if you have any issues , he handled my problem very well even tho I was rude .

It’s seriously unacceptable especially when people are trying to get a quick lunch or dinner so they can get back to work. Spent most of the hour just waiting for food and had hardly any time to eat. In addition to that mess, the order was wrong!
