  They messed up my $65 order. I went to pick it up and its wrong. I call when I get home and they say being the wings and we will remake them after we get the wings? So im going to bring your mess up back and wait while you remake it? That's insane.. ...never again!

  My husband just placed an order to get it delivered and we were extremely disappointed with it and with the lady that called us back. A male worker had told us it would be re delivered and the lady that called us back said they couldn't do that. She wanted us to go in and return the food and she'd give us the new one but we paid for the delivery service so its kinda redundant to still have to go. If they wanted the food back we'd gladly give it back to the driver or something. Half the food was rubbery/raw and barely any sauce on it. Mind you, we had put EXTRA cook time as well.If I could give 0 stars I would. We tossed $30+ in the trash.

  I paid 74$ today at this location my wings was spotted with sauce. My daughter returned the wings and ask to be tossed in more sauce and the general manger drenched a “8 peice wings in sauce like it was a bowl of cereal unacceptable. I asked him if this was acceptable he said yes that’s what most customer want. I said if you showed this to the general manger will this be acceptable he said he was the general manger. I said this is unacceptable and ask him to remake. I have a placed a star rating of 5 because Omari apologized and had amazing customer service otherwise this establishment deserve a 3 whitch was the star rating before my review

  So based on all the other reviews, I honestly don’t know why I still decided to order from here. Me and my girlfriend wanted some late-night wings around 10 PM, and since I live less than 8 minutes away, we figured we’d just DoorDash it because we were already settled in for the night. When the food got here, the fries weren’t even warm — they were straight up cold and seemed like they had been sitting there for a while, even though our dasher showed up before it was ready. My girlfriend’s food was made correctly, but mine wasn’t. I ordered a 10-piece with half Cajun and half garlic parm. The “garlic parm” wings were basically just naked wings with a little parmesan sprinkled on top, and instead of Cajun for the other half, they gave me buffalo. I didn’t even bother calling because it was already late and I didn’t feel like going back and forth with management over it. I just ate it and moved on. Overall, I won’t be ordering from here again. Spending $20 on wings that might come out wrong, cold, and barely bigger than my thumb just isn’t worth the risk.
