Fortunately, I am hoping this honest review will bring an opportunity for improvement. I placed a pretty simple but decent size order (4 Med pizzas and 1 box of bites) for some HUNGRY, EXCITED, AND HYPED UP KIDS! Got there a few minutes before expected ready time but pizza was not done yet; I was told. Thats perfectly fine!! I waited for my app to say "pizza ready for pickup" which was at 7:06pm. When I asked, they said "its coming out now"; which is where the problem is. My pizza was not coming out....all the delivery orders were coming out but not mine. My pizza didnt even hit the oven UNTIL THAT VERY MOMENT!! I didnt walk out with my order until 7:28pm. The only positive thing is at least my food was fresh! Please dont lie to patrons! Please find a more organized way to get through a Friday night (which I would assume is always busy!) There were so many people in the building but yet orders were mixed up and things were not recieved from what witnessed while I was sitting waiting and watching my pizzas cook! My patience grew thin but I kept it for this exact reason. Hope you can do better next time!
