  I went thru the drive thru they ask for me to pull around and park in the front I did no problem. But I watched the pack my food up and take it to a different car. Watched that car open everything they noticed it was wrong and took the food back in. I watched the employee take the food into the back for 1 minute then brought the food to me. There is no way they made new food that fast when it took 10 mins to make it in the first place. That is absolutely disgusting. I will never go to this place an again.

  I gave a three star because the manager Laura. We got there at about 5 and they were a little busy in the drive thru. There was one person in the lobby waiting on food and that was it. Israel greeted us and made us laugh, he was very personable. I was on the phone most the time on a conference and by the time my family was done and I went back to our table I could tell Laura was upset,her tone was very snappy towards the other employees. There was a gentleman that came inside from the drive thru and said there was mustard on his burger when he requested no mustard. Laura told the customer she didn’t put mustard on it but It was remade and he sat in his vehicle for quite some time. Then after getting his food he had to come back in because they didn’t put cheese on it. Laura seemed very frustrated. My hubby ordered an ice cream sandwich and we ordered blizzards. After we paid Laura told Israel they were out of ice cream sandwiches which wasn’t a big deal because he got something else instead and were taken care of promptly. The manner in which Laura spoke to Israel was rude and demeaning almost. I also heard her snap at the two cooks I believe, saying that they don’t need to be standing there with their arms crossed and they could come up front and help. In my opinion I don’t see how the cooks could come up to the front and help because they are the ones dealing with food. That seems very hard for them to do. I know everyone has bad days but there was no reason to speak to the cooks or Israel the way she did. It does seem like there needs to be more people at this location to relieve the stress off others. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I hope this will catch store managers or corporate so they can look into this location. I come to this location often and have never had a problem with customer service or food.

  My Dog and I love the small vanilla cones. Nice cold treat for super hot days.
