I drove so far to get a blizzard and it was so worth it. The DQ by me was under construction.

This is the probably THE WORST drive thru, if not the WORST DAIRY QUEEN I’ve been to in my entire life. It was my first time here and definitely the last. The staff is very unprofessional, not wise, and not trained properly. I tried to order a strawberry sundae with chopped nuts, I explained to them what chopped nuts are, what they look like, and they looked and laughed at me like I was stupid and said that doesn’t exist. They gave me the most hideous looking sundae that they screwed up on and couldn’t fix properly since they messed up the flavoring. I was so mad with my experience that I didn’t even wait for my food combos that I also ordered and just took off. I lost $20 in the process just because of how bad the customer service experience was, it wasn’t even worth eating the food from there. We decided to go to WESTWORTH VILLAGE location and a very much pleasant experience there. On top of that they knew what I was requesting on my sundae and made the most perfect sundae and treated us with kindness. This staff needs to be replaced with kind people, trained, or the store just needs to be shut down.

We’ve eaten here twice in the last 6 months. It’s not somewhere we usually stop, but it is the best food at a Dairy Queen that we’ve experienced. No crazy waits during dinner time, the staff on shift when we’ve visited have been kind and attentive, and the food is very good. The blizzards come out melted sometimes, but not enough to take away from the food being great. It reminds us of an early 2000s Dairy Queen.

Where to start.... I started the order with 2 jalapeño bacon cheese burgers but under the cashiers breathe i heard her say jalitos... and I corrected her and said no I need jalapeños on the burgers plz. 2 large fries , a chicken strip basket meal with a large limeade drink . 2 mini blizzards and a banana split. To go! I told her twice. I sat down with my son and luckily he was distracted cause I could hear the cooks cussing. The food came out on a tray and I told her again it was to go, she goes o I thought u said dine in... does not sound the same. So with her un washed hands she palm face down touching all the fries starts loading the bag , I tell her it's OK ill bag em. I noticed there are two jalitos fry orders so I ask her again do the burgers have jalapeños as I show her my receipt that has no indication of it and she says yeah it's on there u just can't see it . She grabs my burgers and takes them back to get them put on. I noticed nobody is making the shakes so another employee walks past me and I ask her excuse me and she cuts me off saying she is off the clock. I remind the cashier we had ice cream and she starts making them. She makes one mini and one medium , they were both mini . I ask for lids cause I remind her again, to go. She takes a the mini that was over flowing and just dumps the top of it and slaps a medium lid on it. She also forgets the drink. Everything was sticky . While waiting an old man came in and waited and left and 2 people from the drive thru came in For messed up orders. We will never come here again. O and at the end I reminded them they missed our chicken strip meal. Waited on that and left .
