  i loveeeeeee this chipotle sooooooo much like the food is great call me a chud but i be going once a week n its rlly good :) service is great too n wnvr i go its usually like 4-5 so its pretty slow n fast service lowk this the only chipotle i go to or try to go to this one never do me wrong 🙏🏽

  This is probably the worst chipotle ever ! They over charge you for stuff you don’t get ! And also the food is not fresh ! And when you ask for the manager she Never there ! This location lacks professionalism and order !

  I placed an online order and the app showed that my food was ready at 9:30 PM. When I got to the drive-thru window, the young lady couldn’t find my order. She then came back and told me they were working on it. I sat in the drive-thru line for another 15 minutes, only to be told they were out of brown rice. I waited another 15 minutes, and when she finally brought my food to the window, I was told they were also out of the cilantro-lime option. I was asked if I wanted queso instead. I politely declined and asked for a refund. The response? “I’m sorry, I can’t do that for you.” This was supposed to be - “Chipotle Honey Chicken with Brown Rice, Black Beans, Cheese, Cilantro Lime Sauce, Romaine Lettuce, Sour Cream”

  I live nearby and this is the most convenient location, but I avoid coming here many times because 8 out of 10 times I’ve been through the drive-through they do not put a fork in my bag. Then I either have to back up to get the drive-through Bell to RING again to get someone’s attention or just go in myself and get a fork Which defeats the whole purpose of drive-through. Second, there’s been times when I go in and the staff blank stares or continues their conversations in the midst of customers. Not expecting Chick-fil-A standards, but I am expecting a smile greeting, and my food to be correct with require required utensils.

  So… this Chipotle is kind of the worst… so 4 stars for food because Chipotle’s flavor is always consistent anywhere and we love it, but not 5 stars because for whatever reason the people working here start putting stuff away at 9 pm or earlier even though they close at 11…which leads us to the service… so sometimes they won’t have what you want because they’ve started “closing cleanup” 2-3 hrs early… my husband went in the other day a little before 9 and they ignored him completely for several minutes until he finally had one of the girls that worked there tell him “oh, we’ve already doing closing cleanup” and so he called me and told me what she said (because I sent him for Chipotle for me!) and if I wanted something else and proceeded to loudly complain that they weren’t wanting to help him, it was then that she approached the serving station to say he could still order. Even then she didn’t help him, she asked the young man who was already working the drive through to take his order. This is a recurrent thing here; I’ve walked in several times just to see the workers on their phones and they just stare at you and then when you ask if someone helps roll their eyes and come help you. I had a worker get upset at me because I asked her to roll my small tortillas up in aluminum to keep them warm until I got home she seemed annoyed, so when I asked if it wasn’t customary everywhere she said “well we got in trouble the other day for doing it so no, we’re not suppose to…” and I told her “ok but the large tortillas get aluminum?”…. “Yea…” ok so why would you get in trouble for this?” To which she didn’t respond… they are rude overall and just don’t seem like they care to keep earning their paycheck. As for the ambiance, it’s a Chipotle. They are pretty much all the same. It’s fine, except for those stupid uncomfortable chairs. That’s the end of my rant.
