Went through drive-thru at 2:00 p.m. and the service was snail paced! I paid extra for large fry upgrade but the box wasn't even filled to the rim and the french fries were soft and smashed! I always eat french fries first while they're hot but by the time I got to my burger it was cold! I'm used to getting a heavy burger but it was much lighter and the meat was thinner than normal! Whataburger has been around since 1950, this isn't rocket science! The food didn't live up to the name!

Showed up today to order some food the lady couldn't break a hundred which is completely understandable but she went and asked the manager and he was so rude to her and pretty much yelling at her I ended up calling the guy in a hole and I apologize to her for having to work with him it is unacceptable for any employer or manager to talk to their employees the way he was

It took over 30 mins after paying for us to receive our our of two burgers and two fries. I can understand made-to-order, but like... Was the grill turned off? Did you have to slaughter the cow that very moment? When we asked about the wait after about 25 minutes the worker said the just had received a rush inside. There wasn't anyone in the parking lot though 💀

I was in a rush this morning, but needed breakfast. I went through the drive thru and normally I hesitate before going into a new Whataburger because you never know if they will be quick or not. The gentleman who took my order and the lady at the window were both nice, polite and fast. Food was delicious and what you come to expect from a good Whataburger breakfast. Thank you for helping me get my morning started.

FYI, check the mustard because they will put WAY too much and not spread it out. So you have a bite coming that is ALL mustard. If you have them Remake it, they will mess it up again. Then if you ask for a refund because after 2 tries they still cant make a burger correctly, they is no manager there who can ever do the refund. This is by far the worse location ever, I have eaten at what burger my whole life. Corporate needs to remove the GM amd get someone who can actually run a store. When I called they said he is only in tomorrow from 10am to 11am and that's all he will be in.
