No excuse for being put on hold on a phone order for 14 minutes especially when I walked in to their store still on hold on my phone and there was 12 people working! The counter cashier said he would give me 50% off for inconvenience. So I ordered a two-topping Parmesan stuffed crust pizza that was advertised for $10.99 on TV. He rang up and gave me the total of $11.59. I asked where was the 50% off discount? He said that TV price is for online app orders which I don't recall seeing that on the TV commercial. I gave him cash and he said it'll be ready in 10 minutes. As I walked back in the guy who was cooking the pizza was already boxing it and came to the counter and said okay that will be $11.59. I said I already paid for it. He took the pizza off the front counter and laid it behind him, as if I was going to walk off with it, and then went looking for the guy who rang it up. The cashier that rang it up was walking out of the walk-in refrigerator and I yelled from a distance hey you remember me I paid cash for this pizza and now they're wanting to charge me again! He then told the pizza cook guy that it's all good and handed me the pizza. I think that cashier pocketed my cash and never rang it up. This is a tall black man with black framed glasses and gold trim on the corners of his glasses in case any coworkers know who I'm talking about. First and last time I ever go to this Domino's Pizza in Crossroads!
