- AAAaron Alms4 days ago3.0The last two times I have been to Chick-fil-A at crossroads they have forgotten something with my order. This last time I ordered the Mac and cheese and they forgot the utensils. Pretty hard to eat mac & cheese with no fork.

The chicken is greasy with no flavor and the drinks taste like colored water. I think they get alot of business due to convenience because the quality of food/drinks is below standard.
- MMMaoMay 7, 20263.0Food was good but that’s not what I’m here for, we kind of got discriminated when we first arrived at chick-fil-a, we got some dirty looks from white workers which was kind of odd since they were being nice to other people who weren’t Hispanic. When we went to go order some food every one was at the front and I mean no one went to help us and this white lady at the front just kept staring at us and giving us dirty looks. This guy who wasn’t Hispanic even had 2 workers who were helping him which makes this situation more upsetting.When we finally got our order we sat down and the workers just kept staring, I don’t know if I was being paranoid but this white male worker just kept looking at us like if we were animals. We didn’t do anything bad for the workers to act like that towards us, just thinking about it makes me upset so I hope this review will bring awareness to the issue.

She recommended the chocolate chip cookie as neither of us have had it before. SO glad she did we ate it on the way home because yes, dessert first! And we had to rock, paper, scissors for the rest of it 🤭
