I noticed this and think that she should treat her coworkers better.

Seven minutes passed, and no one brought my order out. I finally went inside to check on it, only to find out my food still wasn’t ready. I went back to my car and had to continue waiting before it was finally brought out. What made the experience even worse was the manager, Cosette. When I asked for Chick-fil-A Corporate’s phone number, instead of helping me, she told me to “Google it.” As a manager, I expected much better customer service. There was no apology, no effort to assist me, and the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Earlier in the interaction, I had asked if I could speak with another employee. Cosette immediately responded, “I’m taking over,” and handled everything herself. Instead of trying to resolve my concern or make the situation better, her approach came across as unnecessarily authoritative and confrontational. It felt like she was more focused on asserting control than providing good customer service. I also want to mention that this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed poor customer service from Cosette. I was there this past weekend with my family, and she never once said, “My pleasure.” In fact, none of the employees we interacted with said it. I understand that saying “my pleasure” isn’t the most important part of the experience, but it’s something Chick-fil-A is known for because it reflects a culture of hospitality. Unfortunately, that level of customer service was completely missing during both of my recent visits. I don’t mind waiting when food is being made fresh, but I do expect honest communication, professionalism, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers receive the level of service the brand is known for.
- NNNicoleJun 4, 20261.0Some of people who work here have inappropriate and racial conversations at the drive thru window and the management spent maybe 30 seconds on the phone saying he spoke with the employees about why it wasn't acceptable. I was expecting to speak to the operator of the store but that wasn't the case. I don't think the manager I spoke with understands the weight of these conversations that are being had infront of customers so for that reason, I won't be coming to chick fil a anymore. To add, sending a customer a free milkshake or sandwich to make up for racial comments is incredibly insulting.
