  skylar & jennifer got me right today! jen was great in assisting me with a failed doordash order & skylar provided incredible and attentive customer service while managing a rapid influx of orders.

  I placed an order online where in my husband ordered his hot and spicy tenders and his bbq tenders together and then in my meal i ordered the garlic parm as i cannot have spicy. I pick up my order and not only were the fries cold and unseasoned entirely, my garlic parm was packed with his spicy tenders and his bbq ones were separate so all the spicy sauce from his got all over my tenders. I politely went in and was met right off the bat by Kanisha with attitude and a very unprofessional manor when I explained why it was an issue. I simply asked for at least mine to be remade as I cannot do the spicy and she sat there and argued with me about the fries and the tenders saying nothing was wrong with them (despite my garlic parm being swimming in orange sauce from my husbands thaf were packed with mine). She then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and talk poor on my husband and I with the gal with pink hair (I did not catch her name but she was just as unfriendly). Overall the experience was just very disheartening and honestly I will not be back to this location until the staff can learn proper customer service.

  09/20/26 Part of my order came without the seasoning I ordered. I called and was offered seasoning or a remake. The food was cold by the time I could get back, so I asked for a remake. While I was sorting this out, employees mocked and imitated the way I speak. I have a disability that affects my speech. I was trying to fix a simple order error and was made fun of for how I talk, in front of other customers. I have filed a formal complaint with Wingstop corporate on 09/20/26 and asked that the store's video from that evening be preserved. I have not received a response. I'm not looking for a refund. I want this location's staff addressed and the video reviewed.

  Terrible customer service I’m a single parent I spent 24 dollars on my kids dinner with a free item. My delivery was cancelled due to the door dash driver stealing my food. The staff was nonchalant said they couldn’t do anything DoorDash refused to help because the order was placed through wingstop to obtain perks/rewards money doesn’t grow on trees and everyone is experiencing financial hardship I’m pissed kanesha is the staff member that I spoke to

  Jaden was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a big smile and took our order right away. He kept the entire area spotless and was constantly attentive to the front area, making sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out to us was his dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Even while staying busy, he never lost his attentiveness or positive attitude. You could truly see that he cared about making sure every customer had a great experience. Jaden deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Jaden, for making our visit such a pleasant experience! We truly appreciated you!
