Also, I got the new chicken and I didn’t really taste the difference but overall my meal was fine. I was just upset after I didn’t get the chips that I really wanted to try.

I’m not sure if Management is even present, all very young associates and maybe two are trying to serve the customers. The checkout cashier had food spilled all over her shirt, never smiled and had to ask me twice what I ordered and it was still wrong, the chicken was full of grizzle and the lettuce was wilted. The soda area was unstocked, a complete mess, the front door was dirty and it was only 11:30am. This is a new location in a busy thriving area, it is totally letting the brand down.

When I explained that the soft drink cups could be used as water cups the employees were confused and told me that the soft drink cup would still cost money. Cmon now.
