Right now I just saw the MOD sitting down on break while there is a line around the perimeter of the seating area. When she got up, she didn’t even clean her own mess. The trash is over filled, the floor is covered in food and the tables look like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. At the very least, sanitizer and towels could be left for guests to clean before and after they eat. The food was good and the team was working, just need a better system for clean ups
