  Ive been to this location multiple times and the supervisor Kat is always working so hard i finally asked her name because she has such a young crew she does the majority of the work as the young-ins stand around looking lost .. this women is doing her best while this place is so busy . She needs better help i dont know how she does it but today i want to give her kudos because without you this place would not be running. Thank you for your hard work KAT! And people please be patient they are doing their best.

  This chipotle location is consistently the worst location I’ve ever been to, so unfortunate it’s the only one by the house. You only get decent customer service if you see a manager working the line. Chicken is always over charred / burnt, my bowl was un edible lastnight. This review is long overdue, I’ve ate at this spot for the last year since moving here. Consistently has the worst quality and service I’ve ever had at a chipotle.

  Ive ordered from here about 3 times trying to give it a chance but probably wont be back since ive have had bad luck each time with both take out and delivery.. the food quality is horrible, ingredients arent fresh, meat is questionable and have had uncooked rice. Also wouldnt recommend ordering delivery. Ive ordered delivery twice and each time have had missing ingredients.

  Food portions are always stingy with pickup orders and the psst 4 times i’ve gone they forget something, portions are like 1/2 of what it should be stingy. They have 0 customer service and they’re all rude and pretend like you aren’t standing there when you walk in. This place must've switched management within the past 6 months because it used to never be this bad, but every time we go its something. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this location begs for poor feedback.

  I stood there for a while as one employee alerted another, who was staring at a tablet, to help me. I was the only customer, waiting while she talked back loosely with an attitude, clearly not wanting to do her job. She finally walked over to help me, but before doing so she continued to banter with the others—probably thinking it was cute—while she scratched her hair over the serving line and completely avoided any contact with me. I had to interject to get her attention. It was supposed to be dine-in, but she put my order in a bag with no utensils or napkins, which was very annoying. Keep the polite employees and get rid of the loud, rude ones who don't want to be there—we don't want to interact with them either.
