  Ordered food on Uber Eats for pick up and had to wait over 30 mins for the food and then when I got it, it was made wrong 3 times!!! People that pulled up after me got the food and everything! Worse place

  Go to this location quite often to get the same burger every time, triple smash burger, when my food arrived I noticed they gave me a regular cheese burger, as I ask the manager about it he tells me no that's a smasher I made it myself, I told him that none of the patties were even smashed and he tried to reassure me that it was still the correct item and after some time trying to argue that I was wrong eventually he said he would just remake it. The new burger has so much salt I could barely taste the burger. I just wanted the burger I paid money for. I treated everyone with respect and they soiled my food. This is sad if this is how their management acts. I don't know his name but he has facial piercings on his bottom lip and worked around 11 pm on Jun 15th 2026.

  This is not the first time this has happened. I placed an on line order watch car after car pull in AFTER us and get served first. Waiting over 10 minutes for three drinks is utterly ridiculous. It is obvious they picked and choose not taking orders in order. This only seems to happen to me at THIS location.
