  I had a great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality from the team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was handled quickly and accurately. A special shoutout to Reagan, the manager, who is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere and ensure customers feel valued. Her professionalism and leadership really stand out. I also want to recognize Kelvin for being so kind and friendly. He greeted me with a smile and made the experience even better with his excellent customer service. It’s employees like Reagan and Kelvin who keep customers coming back. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable!

  Our Dude sandwiches were hot and fresh, but with very thin and smooth patties. I know menu pics aren't spot on, but the menue showed a thick very bumpy crispy sandwich. And no it wasnt a crispy chicken pic, I double checked. Place was clean except for a few dead flies on the window sill, but at least kindthey were dead...and left there? My concern was one lady employee, maybe the manager, was wearing at least 4 sets of different sized hoop earrings, at least two gold linked bracelets, one with what seemed to be charms, at least three rings, and some crazy long false nails! She was serving icecream, drinks, stocking, grabbing and passing food from the kitchen, and seemed to be running the shift. The two employees in the kitchen both had a braid or dreads hanging out of their hats while cooking, past the shoulders, and one had earrings and a necklace. The drive thru female had her hair in a bun but two sets of hoop earrings on. Certainly different and more laxed.

  Kelvin is the best employee his service is top notch and the food is great 10/10 Dairy Queen would recommend.
