Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The service was still friendly, my food was fixed the way I remembered it yrs ago in Corpus Christi. Best of all my ice tea was fresh. Just what I need for the rest of my 3hr drive. I will be stopping back in.

- SASkylar AllenJun 7, 20261.0I don’t know what is up with this specific location but they get my order wrong more than they get it right, and always look at me like I’m crazy when I ask to get it fixed. I always order a Whataburger plain with only cheese, I know it’s weird and basic, believe me, however it’s almost always fully loaded when they give it to me. I’ve never had an attitude or been upset about it, I’ve always tried to be as polite as I can but it always ends up with the employees acting like it’s a massive inconvenience that my order is wrong, and as if it’s my fault. I truly do not understand why this keeps happening.
