  Threaten to have cops called on me took 40 min no communication verbally assaulted me will not be back lavitta or Laverne whatever her name was sunday August 30th 2026 at 4 pm needs to be fired and removed from all locations very rude very unprofessional and very ghetto bad look for sonic

  They just seem like they don’t care how your food is prepared or what state it’s presented to you. I have always been very happy with our Sonic, but lately there’s no quality control.

  The wife went to Sonic tonight to get our dinner. She got home with it and my chicken strips are dark brown and hard. My onion rings are dark brown. Our fries were nasty and old. This is ridiculous. Used to be a great place. Everything sucks there now. Everyone there who does not do their job needs to be fired.

  The women's bathroom was more disgusting than going in the nastiest men's room you could possibly imagine! It smelled, looked and was deplorable! I almost threw up the food I'd just eaten from there, but I will NEVER Go There AGAIN

  If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order, and the dude didn't verify the order, had it wrong, and put it through while I was trying to get home to make sure it was right. Called back in and had my order corrected to have extra cheese on the grilled cheese and the burrito, paid and waited. Well I was charged so they got their money, but the grilled cheese had the smallest slice of cheese on it that somehow wasn't melted and my burrito had barely any cheese and almost no sausage or egg. Y'all need to get it together or people will stop coming. I can forgive the parking lot that makes you need an alignment. I can even forgive the rude and unfriendly staff. But charge me for extra and give me less? Come on. Also, they hung up on me when I tried to call in and have it corrected.
