Nobody wants to use your AI ordering system. It’s stupid and annoying

The food was and usually is pretty good especially the burgers which is what I usually eat #3 triple meat. My bad experience is more with this new AI system for the drive thru order placement. I will be avoiding this if it is permanent. I think it will cost the business customers whenever they get tired of orders being wrong. We got ketchup instead of taco sauce. I miss the personal aspect. Surely it doesn't save money and if it eliminates a young person's job I really don't like it. .

I ordered two 4 piece chicken finger baskets and 2 small Blizzards to go from the counter. There was one other couple at a table, already eating. No other customers inside, and two cars in the drive thru. One Door Dash order went out as I waited. Not extremely busy. The Blizzards came out to the table where I was waiting after about five minutes. I assumed the chicken finger baskets would be out shortly. I was wrong. After 20 minutes I returned to the counter to ask when my food would be ready. The woman that I asked quickly went into the kitchen area and started putting the baskets together herself. Two young men in the kitchen appeared to be discussing other issues and not doing much cooking. About five minutes later the baskets came out. I took my to go order home (Blizzards mostly melted after sitting out for 30 minutes) and found chicken fingers that were very hot, but overcooked to the point that the meat was "chicken jerky". Pretty sure I received "refried chicken"... an old trick to try to salvage pre-cooked, cold chicken fingers. The breading was dark brown and left a gritty powder residue on our fingers when we picked them up. They tasted like the oil they were fried in was rancid and needed to be changed long ago. My wife demonstrated to me that the gravy was so thick that she could turn it upside down, like they used to serve Blizzards. It was so thick that when you dipped the chicken into it, the gravy stuck to itself and not the chicken. The fries looked wilted, cold, and were also dark brown. Pretty sure they spent a while under a heat lamp before I got them. The Texas Toast was the best thing we got served, and even it was chewy. We each ate a few bites and threw 75% of the food away. We drank our liquid Blizzards for dinner. I wasted $33.94 on food that should have been discarded an hour before I ordered.

They have switched to taking orders via AI so I have switched to going elsewhere.
