Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Very good service and customer friendly. Maybe because of old building, the cleanliness was little off.

Stopped by this location on the way to the airport at 345am no customers in front of us, girl took our order of a bob and hash brown and sprite. Gave us the total and told us to pull forward. We sat in the window for 15 minutes three people walked by the window never acknowledged us, the girl who took our order came to the window on her phone, never acknowledged us. Guy was in the window making tea, never acknowledged us. We didn’t have time to continue waiting so we left. I called and as soon as someone answered the phone they asked for me to hold. It is 4:15 in the morning by this point and they are not busy with customers. Comes back to the phone 2 minutes later I asked to speak with a manager and he says he is the manager and pretty much dismissed the fact that they did not even acknowledge their customer when they had no other customers. Then wanted to try and say we just put the order in. Poor excuse for a manager and they need to do better!

Order took 20 minutes and group came in after my order got their food first with similar items. I get dropping a fresh spicy chicken but that should only be 10-12 minute wait. Only to have a missing item and have to wait another 5-6 minutes. Should work better on improving the service quality to remember items especially and give a more sincere excuse because it was not busy for this to take that long

I went here with my dad today, and it was one of the best Whataburgers I've ever had. The service was good, the burgers were absolutely delicious, and the bathrooms were good, too. Sometimes, especially recently, it's hit or miss with Whataburger, unfortunately. But this one was a Home Run.
