  I was very dessapointed, today for the first time I used the app to order but will not be using it again. First, my order took longer than ordering upon arrival so what was the point of ordering ahead. Second, I arrive and young lady scans my code and I pay, when I get to the desk they are trying to charge me again I have to pull my bank app to show the transaction went through, so finally they said ok. Third, I get my drink and its wrong I ordered iced drink and I get it blended, the young lady says let us get it fixed for you. I seat there and wait and different person ask do you remember what you have?? 🤯 are we serious?!?!? At this point it is getting agrevating!! I told her what i had showed her the app with my order and explained that I received the wrong drink she goes again and walks around with no clue...... 25 min later I get my drink. Soooooo very dessapointed!!!

  Absolutely my favorite coffee shop. I live over an hour away and even though I have locations closer by, I still love this specific location because of one person. Braxton Monroe has been the BEST worker I've seen across all restaurants and coffee shops I've ever visited. He is always positive, intentional, and careful, and its easy to tell that he treats this place as if it was his own home.

  I had a really good experience at 7 Brew in Corsicana. The service was good and everyone was really nice and welcoming. They got my order out pretty quick even though they were busy, and my drink came out exactly how I wanted it. The workers had a good attitude and made the whole experience better. I also like that there are a lot of different drinks to choose from, so there’s always something new to try. Overall I had a good experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Just want to give credit or credit is due. I have been seeing a lot of wonderful things about seven brew on the Corsicana Talk Facebook page And have such wonderful experiences when I go there myself… So I thought it was time to leave a proper Google review. The seven brew team is always smiling no matter how early in the morning it is. They always offer the best suggestions when I’m changing my drink up. For me personally, my favorite drinks are the sugar-free energy drinks and I always get them half sweet and With cream. We have created Some Terrific concoctions together. It’s just really refreshing to be able to go somewhere early in the morning and have people so ready to serve you that truly want to be there! So hats off to you 7Brew! It’s not always easy, finding great employees and teaching great culture, But we see you! Every day isn’t always going to be perfect… But y’all are doing a pretty darn good job!!!! So thank you from a realtor that ALWAYS Needs another energy drink!!!! :)

  Usually, my experience at Seven Brew is awesome. I’ve never really had any complaints, and the service has always been amazing. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. I was the only car in line, and I sat there waiting while the employees continued talking to the car in front of me. Then another car pulled up, and one of the employees came outside to chat with the driver. She clearly had time to socialize, but apparently didn’t have time to take my order. Then another employee came out with a computer in her hand and also had time to stand there chatting instead of helping me. What made it even worse was that the car in front of me was still sitting there talking, completely blocking my way out. They continued the conversation instead of moving so I could leave, I asked if they could ave her pull up so they can chat on their own time and she looked at me crazy went back to chatting gesturing towards me like I’m the one who was in the wrong. so I eventually had to back up and maneuver around the car just to get out. I understand employees can have conversations with customers, but there is a time and place for everything. When there is a customer sitting there waiting to place an order and then that customer is literally being blocked from leaving the priority should be customer service. The hiring pool must be getting pretty slim because the customer service is definitely starting to go downhill. Seven Brew has always been more than just another coffee shop to me because of the experience and service. Please don’t let poor employee choices turn it into just another coffee shop in Corsicana. I really hope this was just a bad day and not a reflection of where things are headed, because I’d hate to see Seven Brew lose loyal customers over something that could easily be fixed with basic customer service and professionalism. For camera footage the time was between 1:55pm and 2pm today.
