    This location has been my go to location for many years. The last two times I have ordered delivery from this location I have had a terrible experience. Really long wait times, so long that I have to call the store to make sure they received my order and everything is ok, only to deal with a rude manager. How on earth you can have a manager with an attitude run any store is beyond me. When the problem is the store and not the delivery service, because they are there waiting to pick up the order (I can even see that the driver has changed in the process) and the manager could care less, that is the worst customer service. I will no longer be ordering at all from this location.

    Please Tell Drive Thru to STOP putting fries in the bag UPSIDE-DOWN They think its a joke, I've been inside and seen them laughing about doing it to others and it has happened to me 3 times. Its such a dumb annoying prank

    I contacted Whataburger to let them know about an issue I had with their service. My breakfast was undercooked, I was served cold nearly frozen bacon in one of our breakfast tacos and another taco was served very poorly, the contents were spilled out of the tortilla, it was wrapped poorly with little to no passion for serving a customer who brings business to this establishment. Kimberly, the manager who I spoke too stated I couldn’t have a refund without bringing the food. I did not and do not want to return here because they constantly get my orders wrong and this was the last one I was willing to tolerate. To top it off, I have two babies, in one of our vehicles we do not have car seats, the other vehicle with them is with my spouse. I expressed that I couldn’t not go out there today, she stated she wanted me to hold onto my food until the next day for a refund (completely stupid) I then told her I’ve never had a refund issue like this and that her request were absurd. I then explained to her if she was unwilling to help me that I would contact the corporate office to report her, she was sarcastically rude towards her employer through her tonality - what’s worse is she never apologized for the mistake, she did not genuinely care about me as a customer (especially someone who has tolerated their bad service for a few years with no reporting or refund request) I hope there is a serious change in morning management, I don’t think customer service is her best skill, she still has growing to do and needs more training. My advice to the readers, Do not go to this location. This is not a 1 off experience but we’ve had incorrect after incorrect order for the last 4 years we’ve gone off and on. Trust me, I’m saving you money. Skip this place.

    I like this Whataburger location. An inviting dining area with a "sunroom" Area that let's you enjoy some sun, filtered through the smoke glass. Unlike the mistake of the "new" Ingleside location that is a downgrade in size, location, and lacking Whataburger atmosphere. I had a double meat Whataburger Jr. Combo. Well made and tasty.

    Not sure what’s going on here but they are extremely unorganized. I was handed the wrong order multiple times and then they completely forgot half of it. I showed my receipt from an online order and said I ordered an iced coffee. The employee went off to make it and came back with a hot coffee. I showed her again the receipt saying iced and she must’ve been looking at something else or didn’t really pay attention because she tells me that’s incorrect. I was made to feel like a bother for asking to receive what I had payed for. Sticking to Saratoga location.
