Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Gave this place a chance 3 times because the first time you can’t knock them on it but when it’s repetitive there’s a problem. So I did drive thru mind you there’s no line and no cars in the parking (I see why now) I order a simple bob and waited 18 minutes in drive thru. I said cool I’ll get down next time, well I got down maybe 6 people inside and 2 in the drive thru 28 mins later I get my number one plain and dry (I ordered it like that to test it out) so I started scratching my head. I ordered on the app of course it says 4-7 mins it’ll be ready I show up 10 mins later it’s not ready. So 8 mins roll by they finally come outside bring me my food a bob. Btw each time my hashbrowns and fries were cold. I’ll drive farther to airline for better service.

If you're going to be out of a product that I paid extra for, you definitely need to get the rest of the order correct and not forget items. You've lost my trust and I probably won't be back for quite a while. Manager Liz needs to get her team in line. Multiple people on the night of 5/28 not up to par.
