  Some guy he had a ski mask on he kept looking at my daughter very wrong made disgusted faces when all she did was ask for a change of ketchup she wasn’t even talking to him. Then again when I asked her to order me a pie (the pie was very good) he was sweeping beside the cashier and proceeded to look up at my daughter and make the same disgusted face at her. Food was amazing but the service was not so good the cashier was very sweet I went in around 4pm on August 16. But to that guy he needs to control his face I’m sorry.

  Normally I don’t rate chains in major fast food franchises, but this location is perhaps one of the best Whataburgers I’ve eaten at. The food was as delicious as ever, but more so the service set them apart. My family of 6 came through, and we were using our points to get 1 promo item and 1 free item (which the lady at the front informed me it would have to be two separate orders, which she did with no issue) and make sure each order was built correctly. This was especially important because the leftovers would be our food for the ride back home to our city. As you can imagine, there were times where I had to double check to see what people wanted, then slightly change something, and then of course for my own food I was indecisive 🙄 As I clarified, double checked with, and apologized to the cashier lady, she assured me it was ok and continued to re-confirm my order so it came out right the first time. At the end, without prompting, the manager also took a little extra off the food, perhaps because we were a big and young family, and I really appreciated it. Perhaps she saw our points usage and figured we could use it, and that we are loyal customers. Regardless, when the food came, I ordered two large fries with the intention of putting them aside for the road. I asked the woman bringing the food to the table if she could bring a bag for us to put them in, because we would eat them later and etc etc. She informed me that I could have the two large fries that she had just brought out, and that we could ask for some fresh fries when we left. She then touched her headset to inform the back of her decision. I was stunned, as these people had been so nice to us and understanding at every point. We asked for our fresh fries as we were cleaning up to leave and they were prepared then given to us, in a bag. The understanding of the ordering process, generosity, and looking out for others was just so nice here. I really appreciate them and figured this review is a small thing I could do to try to repay the generosity that was shown to us that day.
