Most of the time the service is good, today we went and our smoothies came out fast, they were yummy, and the service was great. I’m not ANTI-TIPPING, however, I believe tipping should be for sit down restaurants or when a service is provided. The times I’ve been going here, I’d say about 75% of the time they ask for tip/show me the tip screen. I think it’s crazy to tip beg for placing an order for an already expensive smoothie. I wasn’t asked today if I wanted to tip, so I’m not sure if that’s because the employee didn’t ask or if the store is removing that option. I hope they do because I don’t like to frequent places that tip beg. I’ve already had to stop going to certain places because ordering at the counter or through a drive through should not warrant a 20% tip.
