    Picking up an late online order and taking forever to make my order when ppl kept on coming through the drive thru. Waiting for about 20 min just for something that takes 5min. Did not want to credit a drink I had also.

    Door was not open when I got there... past opening time. Ignored at the counter while Mgr squatted behind the register, and clerk FINALLY came to the register and then rang up the wrong item. MORE TRAINING NEEDED!!
