    Me and my wife had a great experience. The server was very professional and polite. The food was delicious. I hade a Spicy Italian, and my wife had the Cold Cut Combo. Morgan made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back.

    They always have the subs ready as fast as they can and try to hear you over the machines. When I order online they 100% get it right. Love this location. Order when at heb and pick up when done and go home with a meal to get ready for the week love this set up. Thank you!!

    So I went into Subway on Sunday the 24th around 9: 15pm with my two kids to get some dinner. I walked in and there was nobody there in the front to greet us. We waited about 5 minutes and eventually someone came from the back. Both workers came from the back. They looked angry but I know it was 45 minutes before closing. The one gentleman who walked up is name was Dallas he comes up to the counter and I said hi and How are you? Fine I'm tired as was his answered just ready to go home. I don't want to be here... I said oh okay. Well I would like four sandwiches all the same except for the veggies. He said fine what sandwich so I tell him I said the cheese on only the one is going to be a spicy one. Is that fine? I don't care lady. Whatever you want to put on your sandwich is fine. You can make it, however I said great. As a side note, the other worker comes up. He's doing mobile orders which the machine is going off a bunch of times and Dallas says I know you think you're important. You can quit dinging at me now. Obviously it wasn't a person. It was a computer but the other guy comes up. I don't know his name. He grabs a ticket, throws it on the counter aggressively and just sighs with annoyance . Dallas starts the sandwhichals, toasts them then when it's time for the veggies he starts putting whatever he wanted on the first one and I told him. Please stop. That's not how I want my sandwich and then he just was giving all this attitude. Other people walked in and he's like. Are you kidding me? It's almost closing and all these people are starting to come in voicing to me. I didn't acknowledge it. I just continued to tell him. Hey, I would like x y and z on my sandwich now. My kids are very particular with their sandwiches and he almost messed them up because he was just putting all the sauces that he wanted on it and I had to stop him several times and tell him please stop putting stuff on my sandwich. I didn't want that on there. I almost walked out because of how disrespectful he was and when it was time to pay I handed in my coupons and I guess they changed their system which is fine. So I did two transactions. Be careful when you are scanning your card. First, it asks for your card but if you put it before you put in a tip I was not going to include a tip because of how disrespectful and awful he was. But the system pushed a tip so they got a $3 tip on my meal. So then the next day I called and you can't not get anyone on the phone and I had to go in, I tried to speak to a manager. She was not available but I gave the information. Her name was Leah. She never called me back to discuss the issue of her workers at night and the experience I had. Everyone has a bad day but the amount of disrespect that these young kids have. If they don't want to work then don't work. If this is an inconvenience to have people come in for a service that we're paying for then you should not be in the service industry to be disrespectful in front of my children is not okay! . I don't normally put bad reviews for places, but Subway in the bluff is starting to kind of go downhill in the regards of customer service managers needs to re-look at who they're hiring and and figure something else out. Otherwise I think they will be losing business.
