  We ordered a pizza at 8:06 pm August 15. We paid for the pizza Uber eats and confirmed our order was being prepared. Then around 8:40pm the Uber driver picking up our food almost 35 minutes later said that we had to cancel our order due to Pizza Flo not having dough. On the phone with the Uber driver you could hear on the background the pizza flo lady saying that we had to cancel the oder and not them. Why would we cancel the oder if it wasn't our fault? Given how Uber eats goes about refunds whoever cancels the oder loses their money. The lady working at pizza flo should have never accepted the oder to begin with it if they didn't have dough to make the pizza then tell us we need to cancel our oder so we lose our money. What kind of business does this? So we spent this morning learning from Uber support to never cancel the oder if it wasn't your fault. But you can't have multiple orders at once with uber so we were forced to cancel our Uber oder so that we could have dinner. South Flo we've been ordering pizza from this location for some time because the food is quality but this interaction was completely uncalled for and we almost lost 25$ because some weird lady didn't want to cancle our order due to something they didn't have. Thanks to Uber for letting us get our 25$ back.

  The quality of their pizza is great. I’ve been eating from here for over 5 years now. The taste has stayed the same and while it’s a little pricey to get some items, the price is worth it.
