  Extremely rude workers, absolutely no customer service skills or hospitality for that matter. I called to speak to a manager and she (Jess) was even worse! I’d recommend to just go down less than half a block to Dairy Queen.

  Just don't get ice cream from Sonic, in general, anymore. The sundaes are not what they used to be. Blasts only have a top layer of your chosen flavor and the rest of the cup is just ice cream. Got a brownie sundae and it had maybe 4-5 bite size brownie chunks in it. The rest of it was chocolate shards. Bless her heart, the girl who served me was really nice. She had to tell me they didn't have what I originally wanted so I went with the brownie one. This rant is about any Sonic. The service was good(here)but we are continually getting screwed by these companies. I'm still waiting on a refund for another place, after 3 weeks of trying to get in contact with the right person.

  Does NOT open at 7. Went at 7:20 and no one came on in the drive thru and no one came to the window.

  Very very disappointed talked with the manager and got nothing solved. I bought the new red white and blue drink which says comes in a special cup. I did not get a special cup. I got a regular clear sonic cup. Don't say I get a special cup and not give me one. Then don't argue with me and say I don't know why you didn't get a special cup.
