  Staff was great but yall need to upgrade the speaker and headsets cause they can't hear a thing unless we yell at them id suggest fixing that for your staff as well as customers.

  Shout out to the amazing crews here at Sonic Thanks to wonderful cook who made us our burgers 🍔/ tater tots/ chicken bites everything was hot and ready just as the way we wanted it. You guys alll deserved a good ratings for outstanding service. Thanks for all your hard work. April, John, Marcus

  Ongoing issue from the day their systems were down. I had ordered ahead, was told they couldn’t help me and to come back later. I could not since I was on my break. Staff were pretty dismissive about the whole process but I assumed it was stressful so I went to request a refund through their support line. It has now been over two weeks with no response and no reimbursement. I’m really disappointed with how a system outage is being resolved.

  Fast friendly service. Two different onion rings. The Sonic smasher was very good. Very clean area. It was busy with vehicles but that didn't delay our order.
