  The absolute worst service I have ever had! Unfortunately I live right around the block from this sonic. And unfortunately my girlfriend rather get ice cream there then across the street at dairy Queen. Everytime we go, we have to wait, no less than, 15 minutes to just make our order. And when we finally do, expect to wait at least another 20 minutes to get our order. Bye then, if we order burgers or hot dogs, our food is cold. Last night I stopped by there to get my girlfriend and I some ice cream. I pushed the button and waited 12 minutes before I said, the hell with this and went home. So today before I went to work, my girlfriend asked if she could get her ice cream before I left. So I went back to the damn sonic. Same thing happened today. So the hell with it, I went across the street and got ice cream at Dairy Queen. When I left the Dairy Queen, with my ice cream, the same two cars, and there were only two, was still waiting at the drive through! If it wasn't for my girlfriend, I would never go back! I like Sonic but this one is straight up trash! It's my guess that it's managed badly. And this has been going on for at least a couple of years. Do you people not read the reviews? I just did, and everyone is saying the same thing. Do something about it! Please!

  The service and wait time is ridiculous we waited 30 minutes just for drinks is absurd this location is steady busy you would think they’d have more staff to get the orders out

  Bad customer service they forgot a few items we went back and they wanna lie and say they gave us all items, but everything was on the receipt and manager had attitude never again

  Waited for 5 min at speaker to order. Said "Hello?" a couple times,but no one answered. Drove up to the window and saw about 5 girls working. Each one looked my way at some point,but no one came to the window. About 15 min later a girl came to the window but ignored me before coming back and asking what I ordered. No "Hello 😊" or "Sorry for the wait". I laughed in disbelief before telling her I had placed an order on the app, 30 min ago. She pretended not to hear so I had go say it louder. Ended up waiting another 10 min before getting my order ( a drink and 2 shakes)...she handed them to me and said "Sorry". Don't come to this location if you don't like sitting in a hot car for 30 plus minutes. Would have been worth wasting gas to go to the other side of town where they have respect,consideration,common decency,and better time management.

  Parked at a car stall. Pressed red button, waited 10 minutes and still never got to order. Went ahead and pulled up to drive thru. Again waited 10 minutes or more before someone took my order. Ordered #5 double bacon cheeseburger and bacon was hard and wasnt fresh. Horrible. Never coming back again
