  Never show up here place ghetto as hell right when I showed up for my online order they told me they can’t give me anything after my payment went through and after trying to reason even for a refund at least than one of there worker tried to fight me and there manger is even more unprofessional never gave me her name when asked and didn’t take anything seriously I am more than upset I was scared for my life getting Threaten!

  Picked up in drive thru and asked if I wanted ranch 2 times and still didn’t get one in my order. Paid for it at window got asked again to pay.. and the worst part the inside of my popper after it tasted funny.🤢🤢

  Sonic is 1 of our families favorite places to eat . I've never had an issue until there was a hair in my food. We let the manager know, she looked at us like we were stupid, and then walked away laughing . She didn't apologize or offer a refund or replacement. She just walked off laughing . Another time, I had ordered pretzels and didn't get the cheese I paid for. When the manager was alerted, she had a huge attitude with me, as if we did something wrong. We eventually git our cheese and left. Since then, ive not been back to the sonic on Ayers st .the crew needs a bit of an attitude adjuster to find new jobs . They dont like working there and it shows .

  Food is horrible here. I got my hotdog and it was severely burnt, so bad that the hotdog is flaking away.
